Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service charge. No-Show Appointments: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
